I build frameworks for change communication when messages must cascade through multiple organizational levels without fragmenting.

DANCE emerged from fifteen years of coordinating change across where I was responsible for the message but didn't control the decision, timeline, or people affected.

The pattern I kept seeing: change activates nervous system responses. Without a structured system, messages fragment as they cascade. Each level reinterprets.

Coordination becomes damage control.

DANCE systematizes what keeps messages coherent and give coordinators diagnostic language to identify which phase is missing when communication breaks down.
